Nashville Law Schools & Programs

Vanderbilt Law School offers one of the finest law educations in the United States with incoming classes that average about 190 students. The prospects for jobs upon graduating are high, as more than 500 law firms interview students on campus each year. Tennessee State University offers undergraduate and graduate programs in criminal justice, and many graduates of these programs go on to legal careers in all levels of government or onto law school. The Nashville School of Law, which recently moved into new facilities, offers four-year law degrees. The Southeastern Career Center has two American Bar Association-approved paralegal education programs. Several Nashville schools offer two-year degrees in criminal justice fields, including Remington College and Tennessee Career College, which offers court reporting and paralegal programs.
